injected products, all types of creams, raw and cooked ones (by
utilizing a double wall basin thermo-regulated with steam, bain-marie,
or diathermic oil); fresh whipped cream, meringues, pâte ¨¤ chou, etc.
Hard doughs as rotative moulded biscuits, pie, short bread, etc.
