This is a 350 gallon mixer that is rated for about 2,400 lbs of mixing capacity, depending upon the dough.  

This mixer has a two [2] way tilting bowl feature, 90 degrees to the front and 90 degrees to the rear. This way, you can feed the ingredients in the bowl of the mixer from the rear [off of a raised platform] and then dump it from the front.
