Heavy-duty unibody frame design stainless steel end doors with safety switches
on drive end stainless steel bumper bar, stainless steel sloped cover over drive
motor 24in high bolt on stainless steel legs.
Manual central lubrication system bowl guard NEMA 4 style side doors.
CANOPY SPECIFICATIONS: Slide Gate flour gate with 1/4in NPT connection requiring
1.3 CFM @ 80 PSI Two sanitary liquid inlets (2in I.D.) seal bars for two-way
tilt.
Heavy duty side seals flour dust vent with filter (5in I.D.) 8in butterfly inlet
for ingredients.
BOWL COOLING SPECIFICATIONS: (WATER OR GLYCOL) Mixer mounted fittings heavy duty
stainless steel jacket for cooling bowl sheet, jacket pressure tested to 235 PSI
pressure relief valve two 9in-0in long refrigeration hoses.
TILT SPECIFICATIONS: 5 H.P. hydraulic bowl two way tilt 140 forward and 90 back
hydraulic rotary actuator ,manual pump down feature.
