Oshikiri Horizontal Mixer

Oshikiri 2500lb Capacity Mixer , Serial: 8A0084,  Model HM2500-WJ-140, age 1997 installed 1998,With 200 hp Sp600 Reliance VSD, Extra ,

Mixer itself is 150 Hp with 200 HP Inverter

This mixer has a add on breaker bar installed for quicker development of the dough, installed by Oshikiri

The mixer also had a pulley change for more speed and more belts/sheave to prevent motor shaft breakage.

200 hp vsd are the conversion were put in to replace the 2 speed motors the vsd is set up to run the

 2 speeds instead of across the line shunt starters  that were on this mixer oem.
