heavy duty motor drive for the mixing agitator with a multi V-belt
connection to the shaft mounted heavy duty inline gearbox.

Three (3) roller bar type
agitator with split hub s/s ¡°spiders¡±, with three inner roller bars
positioned inside of the outer roller bars.
Ø
S/S jacketed mixing bowl,
serpentine type, for glycol cooling.

Three [3] liquid inlets
and a bulk flour inlets on the S/S bowl canopy, with a vent sock
connection included.

on main agitator shaft, easy access type.

remanufactured, including but not limited to the following work as
completed:

Rebuilt main agitator
motor and tilt bowl motor and rebuilt tilt bowl gear boxes with all new
bearings and seals installed.
Ø
Rebuilt bowl jacket,
reinforced mixing bowl, hydrostatic pressure tested to 250 PSI,
re-insulated bowl with Armaflex closed cell foam rubber, and
re-installed the s/s bowl ¡°cover skin¡±.
Ø
Replaced the main shaft
bearings and seals with ¡°new¡±.
Ø
Installed ¡°new¡±
main shaft drive V-belt assemblies.
Ø
Rebuilt bulk flour inlet
butterfly gate with pneumatic cylinder and ¡°new¡± three-way
pneumatic valve, rotated 90 degrees to accommodate the manual ingredient
feed opening.
Ø
¡°New¡±
roller bar bushings installed.
Ø
Rebuilt pneumatic bowl
locking system.
Ø
Replaced any worn
sprockets with ¡°new¡±.
Ø
Built an all
¡°new¡± operator¡¯s control station with a New AB Panelview
Plus 600 color and install all ¡°new¡± machine mounted electrical
devices throughout, including the AB Micrologix PLC
Ø
Rebuilt main remote
control panel to be 480-volt, 3-Ph primary power, using all ¡°new¡±
electrical controls and remanufacturing the main electrical starter.
Ø
Polished out all s/s
surfaces.
Ø
Re-coated all mild steel
surfaces in ¡°Steel-It¡± s/s coating.
Ø
Reinforced bowl mixing
canopy to minimize flexing.
