Horizontal, three bar dough mixer, 1600 lb (21 cubic ft)
capacity with stationary beater bar, dual speeds ( 40 & 80 rpm)
and individual 30 minute timers. Stainless steel contact parts,
jacketed for glycol and insulated. Motorized tilt for easy
product discharge. Designed to assure dough of fine, even
texture and good volume, by bringing together the liquids,
flour, all other ingredients and air into a uniform mass. Mixer
