mixing capacity horizontal tilt bowl mixer
This mixer is 460 volt 3 phase 60 cycle powered and has a hydraulic
bowl titling system.
The main mixing motor is an upgraded 55/27 HP Toshiba two speed mixer
duty motor.
On the mixing canopy, there is an upgraded bulk flour slide gate
assembly as shown.
These mixers [a total of {2} are in stock] are currently glycol
jacketed and include a bowl drain.
On this Oshikiri bowl design, there is not a “breaker” or “stretcher
bar” installed in the bowl, but one could be added at an additional cost
if needed.
We propose to bring this mixer into our shop and do the following
reconditioning work for you;
Ø Inspect and service the 55/27 HP Toshiba main mixer two speed drive
motor
Ø Rewire the mixer to an AutoCAD drawn electrical print, using all
new wires and wire numbers,
with [2] new two speed timers and a [1]
refrigeration timer included.
Ø Pressure wash/steam clean the entire mixer inside and out
Ø Install new main shaft seals.
Ø Check and repair the bowl to canopy seals as needed
Ø Drain, refill and service the hydraulic bowl titling system. Repair
and replace parts as needed.
Ø Drain, refill and service the main drive gearbox assembly
Ø Install new drive V-belts
Ø Pressure test the bowl jacket
Ø Replace the roller bar bushings on an “as needed” basis
Ø Service the chain idler assembly as needed
Ø Re-paint the interior mild steel surfaces with Steel-It S/S coating
Ø Check and replace main shaft bearings on an “as needed” basis.
Ø Test run the mixer in our shop
